I Made a helpful tool, a tapping fixture that helps me tap precisely perpendicular to the workpiece and not mess up the threads. In this tap guide, I can use up to 10mm tap. I have used plywood pieces, 20mm Linear shaft, Linear bearing, 10mm Drill chuck, Bolt 1/2 – 20UNF thread size and 5.5 inches length, 20mm Shaft support, 12mm 2nos. Flange bearings, 20mm 2 nos. Flange linear bearings, Metal parts, Screws, etc.
