Good day Makita fans I told you last Month that this month was going to be a Cracker for Makita releases and it is Not Disappointing this is the second update Already for October that I'm doing and The first one hasn't even gone live yet The first one will be going up tonight By the time we finished editing the First one there was already enough Content to make another one so there is A lot of Makita stuff coming out at the Moment and we are going to start with The wt0 1G share wrench look at this Beast of a thing it's a goodl look unit And it's a light unit compared to the Old lxt version it's over 1 and 1/2 kgs Lighter than the lxt so that's good That's a lot of weight they've managed To take out of that and of course you Only need one battery on it as opposed To the lxt one which was a 36v tool with The two batteries I don't know a lot About Shear inches but I know this one Has a maximum tightening torque of 84 Newton M and it is available in some Parts of the world right now next up the Vc0 111g backpack vacuum cleaner now Maker have already released a backpack 40 volt vac but it wasn't great on Capacity it was only 2 L that's not a Lot of dust you know you're going to Have to empty that Philly L depending on What you're doing but this one is a 6 L

Capacity so much improved the suction Numbers are all basically the same but This one has two batteries so not only Do you get the bigger tank so that you Can suck up more dust but you get the Longer run time it's a 40 volt tool Still not an 80 volt but with the two 5 Aamp batteries in it you could get 40 Minutes of run time on the full whack or On the lowest setting you'll get 4 hours And 20 minutes which is quite a long Time it weighs about 6.3 kgs and it's Got a remote with all the controls on it Including a light sticking with Backpacks we've got a new backpack Battery the PDC 1500 I only recently got Around to reviewing the PDC 1200 but now There's 1500 should have waited a little Bit and I could have done them both at The same time so this new one is 10 amp Hours more than the previous one so the Previous one 1200 W hours this one 1500 W hours so the previous one 33 1/2 amp This one 43.5 amp hours that's the equivalent of Nearly 5 1/2 of these big boys the 8 a 40 volt battery so that is a lot of Power on your back but of course that Means a lot of weight on your back too So the unit comes in at 13kgs around 3 kgs heavier than the Previous version previous version Charged in 6 hours this new one uses the Same charger but will take you 8 hours

Now what other Makita tools are coming Up what patents have been released well I'm sure a bunch of you have complained Already in the video that hasn't gone up Yet about the fact that there's a wall Chaser on the thumbnail yet there was no Wall Chaser in the video that's because I'd already filmed the video by the time I found the wall Chaser again and I'd Forgotten about it and then oh damn it That's right didn't stick it in oh well I'll stick it on the thumbnail anyway Here's the ual images of it here now Wall Chaser you can see that it's it's a Dedicated design they haven't just sort Of tweaked an angle grinder like so many Companies often do including Makita they Have actually redesigned and come up With a whole new tool dedicated to wall Chasing it'll be a 125 mm blade I'm Assuming but I don't have any actual Information about all the specs on RPM And all that sort of thing but I will be Keeping an eye out on that one because That looks like an interest interesting Bit of Kit next up how about a couple of 18vt tools what about an 18volt torque Wrench now this is something they could Easily make into a 40 volt one too you Would assume Milwaukee have had one of These out for some time now it's a very Cool tool to have a digital torque Wrench that runs on your batteries that You've got for all your other gear once

Again because this is a patent they Don't give you all the specifications of You know what torque settings it'll be But presumably it goes from bugger all To quite a lot it has NFC which which is The same technology you use when you do Your old tapy tap with your phone to pay For your groceries and the old credit Card you know paywave all that stuff That's NFC near field communication is That what it stands for I think that's What it is that's pretty cool so you can Just use your phone to record settings Maybe change settings on the tool that Sort of stuff which is the first we've Seen really on the 18vt side of things Where you can do stuff with your phone There's a few things coming through on The 40 volt But now it looks like they're starting To introduce this technology to 18vt Tools as well and there's another one Coming up in a moment that I'll tell you About which is similar to that as well Now Makita already makes some torque Wrenches but they're very specific They're the production line ones and They they've got a very narrow window You know they might be like 5 new M to 12 new M and then if you want one that Does a different amount between say 30 And 40 it's another whole tool again Whereas this one presumably will have That wide range that we would all want

If you were doing a range of different Tasks that is quite the range of Production tools right there next up Guess what something Makita haven't got Many of oh it's an angle grinder another 18vt angle grinder it's slightly strange Looking it's got a few different things On it that grinders don't usually have From Makita anyway design wise it looks Kind of like the new 40 volt ones that I Just recently reviewed uh I'll put a put A link up into the top corner and down In the description if I remember uh to That video but it has a couple of Strange features which I'll circle on The screen the first one here is the Handle so you can see the hole in front Of where this handle is attached where You would normally screw the handle in Whereas this is a separate area for the Handle looks maybe like it's a pivoting Handle perhaps that's something I Haven't seen on a Makita cord grinder Before and something else I haven't seen What is this down the back let me know Down in the comments what you think These two little nules are that's right I said nules and as you can see it's a Paddle switch design so yeah I don't Know if this is something that will come To fruition or whether it's just them Having a bit of a play lots of paytons Get put out but not all of them or Hardly any of them really ever make it

To production next up another 40 volt Hammer drill similar to this one here I've got the invisible battery hooked up As you can see now this is a great unit Great little drill and it looks like They've made a few tweaks to it it's Hard to tell from the image exactly what And once again you read the description It doesn't really tell you what's going On in patent from the pictures it looks Pretty similar it has the same area here For the electronic clutch and it looks Basically the same length and size the Only real thing I can see is this sort Of area here in the patents if we put Them put the patent here on the screen You can see that this one has some Ridges some bumps and stuff that this One doesn't have so whether they've just Bulked up the motor to give it a bit More torque well we'll have to wait and See but yeah there's not a lot of visual Difference it's just something going on Here this bit is slightly different in Shape a little bit bulkier so perhaps Makita are about to release the world's Strongest hamrol with which has been Released currently by Bosch followed by Hioki and now followed by Milwaukee Maker about to jump another couple of Newton meters ahead again the battle for The top Newton meter number continues And finally something else that goes on A drill an adapter but it's not for a 40

Volt drill no it is for 18vt drills if You take a look at the picture here we Have an adapter that goes between your 18vt battery and your 18vt drill According to the patent the adapter Allows the user to change various Threshold values of the battery pack and The power tool through the adapter you Can change the battery pack a maker 18vt Battery has the tech that you can change Something in it that would be Interesting so it seems kind of similar To the 40 volt ones that are about to be Released in most of the world that allow You to change settings record settings Check temperatures all that sort of Stuff I don't think the 18vt ones will Have have as much in regard to that as The 40 volt ones do because they don't Have the technology built into all the Old tools basically the adapter's got to Work out how to do it the adapter seems To have a display on it uh so it's it's Not going to be the same it's not going To be even one that maybe you can remove Like you do with the 40 volt ones you Can program the tool because it's got The tech in it then take the adapter off And carry on using the tool as normal But I'm not sure if you're going to be Able to do that with this one but one Interesting thing it does do if you put It on an 18vt drill that doesn't have Anti- Kickback functions then it will

Make it an anti- Kickback drill which Seems pretty cool so basically it's an Upgrade to your older drills without Having to buy something new but if you Have to have the adapter in there maybe It'll get a bit clunky depends if Kickback is a big issue with a Particular task you are doing all the Time or something then it might be worth Having that adapter in there but we'll Have to wait and see if that one comes To fruition and that is another Makita Update cheers for watching if you are Interested in seeing more and seeing These reviews and updates and things Earlier take a look down there and up in The top corner I'll put a link to Patreon these names coming up the side Of the screen now are some of my patrons Cheers guys for help making these videos Happen and now I'm going to go and try And hunt out some more Makita stuff try And go and get some new tools to review For you guys I've got one really cool One which hopefully will be coming up Maybe it'll be around well by the time I Get it done it'll probably be the end of November uh but yeah something I reckon Most of you I reckon there'll only be a Handful of you that we'll have ever seen So cheers again for watching if you Haven't seen the update before this one I'll put that up in the top corner and Down in the description as well it would

Have only been released within the last Week and hasn't been released yet at all But Anyway not in my world not in my Timeline but in your timeline yeah Anyway you know what I'm talking about Okay cheers see you Later
