Patreon down there up in the corner Right let's get on with this video so What other tools are coming up I'm not Going to tell you any more about this One right now but what about this one Here this is another one that took a While from when they first announced it To when it's actually come out and I've Already filmed a little bit because I Didn't think I was actually going to Have my hands on this this soon so I've Already filmed a little bit without it So I'll play that now it's finally come To fruition and a lot of people have Been asking about it it is the DMC 300 Or in the states probably the xcm01 when It comes out it is a small cut off tool It has a disc diameter of 76 millimeters Or three inches a lot of other companies Have had one of these for a while DeWalt Milwaukee recently released one Bosch Has got a small 12 volt one and now Makita finally has one now it only has a Cutting depth of maximum of 16 Millimeters that's and you've got a Fresh disc on of course but you can get Lots of different blade types for these So you can cut steel with it you can cut Stainless you can cut plastic you can Cut fiber cement board tiles Plasterboard Pretty much anything as long as it's not Too thick it spins at 20 000 RPM and it Spins that 20 000 RPM in any direction

You want well not any direction it goes Forward and reverse it weighs 1.4 kgs And you can get a dust shroud for it Which is nice it'd be a good little tool For doing some tiling with that on it so The full review of this the DMC 300 will Be out shortly let's just quickly see How much it weighs with a battery on it Is bang on 1.5 kgs now next up we have a New rotary hammer drill now this is not The new one the new one is the Hr010g this is the original the Hr001g now the new one is coming in at Only 2.6 kgs with a 2.5 amp hour battery Let's just see for comparison how this One Stacks up so you're looking at about 1.15 kgs heavier for this one the new One is a compact model much smaller than This so this new model I imagine in the US will be marketed as a sub compact Model it has a Max Capacity and concrete Of 20 millimeters when compared to the Larger models which are 30 millimeters Now this one is 28 but the newer ones Are 30. the dust collection on this new Model is quite interesting in that it's Not powered like these old ones here are Where the battery is powering a unit That is clipped on the front rather than The new ones the fan inside the tool is Powering the dust extraction rather than Electricity going from the battery Through the tool and into the dust Collection area there is also an 18 volt

Version available the Dhr183 which has a max capacity of 18 Millimeters into concrete and next up a New fan this is the Cf003g it can move 120 cubic meters of Air a minute and if you look at the Picture you'll see that that it has a Metal Grille on it a bit like the old 18 Volt ones I know a lot of people didn't Like the new design with the plastic Grille on on the cf002g so there you go They've put a metal one back on it's Diameter wise this one is substantially Bigger than the last one this is a 450 Millimeter or 18 inch industrial fan That's what it's being classed as as Well as being bigger and having the Metal Grille it has another couple of Cool features instead of having just Three speeds like the previous models it Now has a dial with 10 steps on it so You can just dial it up to any speed you Want which is nice I hope it's as quiet As the previous one when you are ramping It up because the cf002g was a massive Improvement over the previous 18 volt Models but not only does it have 10 step Speeds it also has three different Angles for the oscillation the previous Model the O2 is oscillating or not Oscillating that's it whereas this one You can have it at 7 60 degrees 90 Degrees or 180 degrees I like that Because I like having the fan on

Oscillation so it's not blowing on you All the time but when you have it on Oscillation I'm talking about the O2 Model it tends to go too far One Direction or the other sometimes and Blows things you may not want blown so Having that like 60 and 90 degree angle I find might be quite useful next up Some new Grinders yeah I know Makita put Out a lot of Grinders but these ones do Look pretty darn good these ones are Probably what we all expected when the 40 volt was announced Makita are now Getting to the point where they're Really starting to understand what they Can do with these 40 volt Tools in this Xgt technology so we've got three Grinders the Ga052g the 5 3G and the 5 4G they're a 100 millimeter 125 and 150 millimeter Grinders or four inch five inch and six Inch they are clean claim to be the Fastest most powerful battery angle Grinders around the 100 millimeter Version runs at 11 000 RPM five inch Version at ten and a half thousand RPM And the six inch version at 9000 RPM 11 000 RPM for a little battery grinder is Pretty darn quick but not only that if You pair it with the new battery the Bl4040f you can pump 2100 watts of power Through it that's right the old 4 amp Hour battery you'd get 1500 watts out of It this new F battery still a 4 amp hour

Runs at 2100 Watts Max so 600 watts more So you can run an angle grinder at 2100 Watts you are up there taking on the AC Stuff now Makita claim you'll get about 30 more gruntage out of these new Batteries now the Grinders of course Work fine with the batteries that don't Have F's in them but they are sort of Specifically designed to to go with this New battery this new technology and so They will work better with the F Batteries you'll get that extra 30 power Boost a bit like the high output Batteries with Milwaukee or the flex Fold advantage and that sort of thing With the Walt so 2100 Watts puts this New 4 amp hour battery on par with the 5 Amp hour battery that's been around for A while so they're both F batteries they Now can put out the same amount of power You just get a little bit more run time With the 5 amp hour version and if you Want to know the 8 amp power can run up To 2800 watts so these new Grinders are Ipx6 rated against dust and moisture Ingress they've got sort of a rubber Gasket between the head and the handle Area by the looks of things to help with Vibration dampening but at this stage Those three models I've mentioned only Come with a paddle switch but no Makita There will soon be a slide switch Version then a slide switch with a Variable speed then another one with AWS
