[Music] Ah G'day guys and girls this one's been a Long time coming it is of course the Run DMC 300 compact cutoff tool there's a Wheel diameter of 76 millimeters or Three inches it has an RPM of 20 000 and It can spin those RPM in either Direction it has a safety lock on the Handle That's quick it has a light It has a removable mesh filter that you Can take off when it needs cleaning it Has a wheel lock for when you need to Change your discs and onboard tool Storage for changing said disk it has an Easily movable safety guard which just Clicks through several positions Like so And it is very small light and compact The head here is tiny absolutely tiny The biggest part of this tool is the Battery on the other end But of course being so tiny it has Limited capacity on what it can do 76 Millimeter blades or discs but that will Only give you a maximum cutting depth of 16 millimeters Or 14 millimeters if you're using the Shroud the shroud What who said there was a shroud oh yeah There's a shroud so this dust shroud Slash sort of cutting base turns this Into more of a circular saw design and

Of course has the capabilities of Sucking dust out although this tool goes In both directions so I'm not sure how Well that will do in Reverse you know Maybe It will suck air in and blow the dust Out into your face we'll have to test That one out So to connect this is super easy they've Done a nice job of this just take the Tool you don't have to remove this you Just take the whole tool Pop it in through the hole like so Pull it up until it clicks it's now Locked in place to take it off unlock And it drops out simple as that I'm Loving how easy it is just to pop it in There like that and click it in Make sure it's clicked and locked Properly like that you can then of Course Set it to whatever depth you want Between 14 millimeters and nothing got The depth gauge clearly written on there In both millimeters and inches so they Only have to bother making one of those Which is always a good idea doesn't have Any bevel facilities of course because If that base had a bevel on it you'd Basically get next to no cut at all As for discs and Blades it comes with Three of them comes with this one Designed for tiles and concrete that Sort of stuff and then it comes with

This disc which it says is for epoxy and PVC and of course a standard sort of cut Off wheel for cutting through steel this Is a stainless one so that is good Because I will be using this thing Hopefully to cut a sheet of two Millimeter thick stainless we'll see how Well it goes see how quickly this burns Down don't worry I do have another five Pack here for when this one inevitably Gets chewed up these I think are one Millimeter in diameter and the discs Have a 9.5 millimeter or 3 8 of an inch Arbor pretty tiny you know how when you Buy discs they're rated for much higher Than what you usually use them at this Tool runs at 20 000 RPM this is only Rated for 20 100 RPM This is twenty thousand one hundred Fifty so it's pretty damn close it's Right on the freaking Edge right let's Find something to cut hang on let's just Listen to it There's some kick to that when you Take your finger off the trigger these Um A bit of momentum there [Music] Right let's see how much talk it's got When she's doing a cut PVC blade Initiated [Music] [Music] Foreign

Look for some tiles to cut why don't you Take a look at how it does with some Thin Steel [Music] [Music] Foreign Foreign [Music] It's pretty darn quick Pretty damn quick indeed Super nice and easy to use actually So that was all right it was fairly easy To do straight cuts A lot easier to see without the base Shroud thing on gone over it there but Oh well [Music] So yeah that's pretty good and pretty Quick I'm a lot more pleased with it than I Thought I'd be [Music] One to a nub I'm going to cut some ACM Now and pretty much any of the discs That came with it would probably cut This but I've got a got a metal cutting Standard cut off disc on there so I Thought I'll just give it work with that Oh [Music] No worries at all Let's give this tile blade a go now I I Have a very hard ceramic tile here and I Have the dust shroud hooked up with the

Hose and everything so I'm gonna go full Depth See how well she goes [Music] [Music] Uh [Music] Foreign [Music] I like it a lot more than I thought I Would have when I first got my hands on It I thought it's not going to have Enough talk what would I use it for Doesn't cut very deep all that sort of Stuff but it's got a lot more talk than I thought it would have it cuts a lot Quicker than I thought it would I mean It is 20 000 RPM so that's pretty darn Quick but I thought it's not going to Have enough torque to sustain that and So cutting something like the stainless Steel you saw me cutting just a moment Ago I thought it's not going to do it Very quick but I think it did it quicker Than a five inch grinder so that's Pretty cool and the discs that I was Using uh the one millimeter thick Whereas the ones I would normally use on A five inch grinder a 0.8 so like the Thinner the disc the quicker they cut Normally so yeah I've been pretty Impressed with that that stainless was Two millimeters thick and this one which I did a bit of a butcher job on

It is four millimeters thick and it'll Be good Focus so yeah four millimeters Thick and it didn't have too much of a Problem I mean you can install this Thing fairly easily if you want to but As long as you just work at a reasonable Pace it's pretty good I mean I Deliberately stall things in videos Because that's my job but yeah it's it's A good little tool I like it and it's Especially good I would think with doing Tiles using this sort of Blade Diamond Blade because you can get into tight Spaces if you just want to do little Nicks and take Corners off tiles and Stuff just a great little tool for doing Things like that nice and easy and light To have in your toolbox But it's a good tool to have in your Toolbox pretty much no matter what you Do I reckon because lots of different Blades and like a grinder you can use it For so many different things I've found I've mostly used it in reverse and Reverse is much better when you've got This shroud on because fires all the Dust or Sparks or whatever out here Rather than firing out the back when you Have it in Ford so yeah it's pretty cool The front of it here is so small is a Bit weird with this battery on the back Here it would be nicer this was a 12 Volt tool if they can make a 12 volt Tool that's powerful so you only had a

Small cxt battery on the end here such As this one then that would be Very nice indeed but it's a great little Tool and it is fairly new to the market Still but I will put some links down in The description for different parts of The world if I can find any at the time Of filming this there's nowhere that You're really going to be able to get it But if I can find anything I'll stick it Down there at some point and I will see You all on another video soon don't Forget to subscribe patreon's down there If you want to go in the draw to win Tools each week I might even give one of These away soon who knows take a look at That down there and maybe up here and I Will see you all on another review next Week Cheers guys [Music]
